I feel that the world has become a bit impersonal, so you may want to know a little bit about myself and my company before we start to do business together...

I received my Real Estate License in 1996 and started to sell homes immediately. I did very well my first year in business and helped allot of folks buy and sell their properties. I was awarded ’Rookie of The Year” by The Albuquerque Board of Realtors in 1997. (A great honor for a newbie). I was fortunate enough to oversee two large developments early in my career. The first is in the Far NE Heights. The Aerie @ High Desert had 78 custom home building lots with an onsite office and 5 furnished, custom Model Homes. I sold out the development. The second development that I oversaw was The Diamond Tail Ranch in Placitas, NM (just outside of ABQ) The Diamond Tail Ranch is one of the most beautiful pieces of land that you will ever see in the South West. The development encompasses 243 custom building lots. This was a great learning experience and I appreciated the opportunity. I have represented several custom Home Builders over the years and learned the building process from the ground up. A few years into my career I started to sell land. I just fell into it.  I started with Residential land, Commercial land and then Large Ranch’s.  I have become very well versed in this process and really love the Dirt.

In 2003, I went back to school and obtained my Broker’s licensed and opened my own shop, The Harville Estates. I was not pleased with the average Real Estate franchise that I had worked for over the years. I felt the personal touch and professionalism had gotten lost somewhere along the way. So here we are. Each deal is different and each situation is unique. I pride myself on making sure that every transaction in my office goes smoothly and we accomplish your goal in a timely and professional manner.

I have a very professional and creative assistant, Crystal Pierre. She assists in all of our Transactions. You will speak to her when I am not available, (don’t under estimate her, she knows her stuff) and I appreciate all she does to make our day to day operations run smoothly. We work very hard to help people achieve their dreams, and we look forward to assisting you in achieving yours.
